Movo Video Monitoring Station is a video monitoring and cloud storage service provider based in Vancouver, BC.
We partner with our dealers to provide affordable, reliable, and professional grade video monitoring and cloud storage solutions to their industrial, commercial, construction, and residential clients.
Most out-of-date video monitoring service providers require several operators to sit in front of monitors to watch live images of hundreds of cameras and manually detect and verify real alerts from thousands of possible false alerts triggered by leaves, rain, headlights, and small animals. Scientific studies have shown that the human eyes are not reliable when it comes to manual video detection and verification. Operators cannot effectively maintain concentration on camera screens for a sustained period of time (e.g. over 20-30 minutes). Fatigue, eyestrain, and boredom will heavily reduce performance and effectiveness of operators. Missing real alerts will be inevitable. This is common issue in traditional video monitoring stations.
